Opened as the Timpanogos Cinemotor Drive-In in 1953. Car capacity was listed at 300. By 1964 it was renamed the Timp Drive-In.

The drive-in closed in 1981 and was demolished in the early-1990’s for housing units.

Any further information on this drive-in would be appreciated.

Named for Mount Timpanogos which got it’s name from the Timpanogots Ute Tribe.

From 1953 to at least ~1967? had the name Timpanogos Cinemotor Drive-In.

From ~1969? it was called the Timp Drive-In.

In 1993 the Ticket Booth and Projection/Concession Building were still standing.

More info and photos are always welcome.
