Opened as the Timpanogos Cinemotor Drive-In in 1953. Car capacity was listed at 300. By 1964 it was renamed the Timp Drive-In.
The drive-in closed in 1981 and was demolished in the early-1990’s for housing units.

Named for Mount Timpanogos which got it’s name from the Timpanogots Ute Tribe.
From 1953 to at least ~1967? had the name Timpanogos Cinemotor Drive-In.
From ~1969? it was called the Timp Drive-In.
In 1993 the Ticket Booth and Projection/Concession Building were still standing.

1956 car capicity was listed at 500 and it was owned by Huish and Gilhool.
