The Roxy Theatre was opened around 1935 and operated with this name until the mid to late-1940’s, when it was renamed Cyril Theatre. Please feel free to add anything you may know about the Cyril Theatre!

Open ~1945-1955? Can anyone verify the exact dates?

Sure could use an address, more info and photos.

According to an article in Wiki this theatre opened as the Roxy Theatre in 1934 and was later re-named the Cyril. The CT listing for the Roxy should be combined with this theatre.

Here is a modern day view of the Cyril business district. Don’t know which one of these buildings was a former cinema.
