Mystic Theater

This theater was built in 1897, remodeled in 1927, and had been abandoned since 1975. The Mystic was gutted and remodeled between the summer 2001 and fall 2002.

“We’ve turned this into a large home, with the 3000 square feet below being garage and storage space (after the floor was leveled) and the upper 1800 square feet turned into a studio/loft apartment with a walk-out 2500 square feet terrace/patio in the back.”
