The Morgan Theatre opened in 1932, in the building that previously housed the Arcade Theatre. In 1937, it moved to a new location on High Street at the corner of Wall Street. The theatre showed movies for many years, usually second run. Still operating in 1950, it eventually was converted to retail, restaurant, and apartment space.
The building currently houses a retail shop and a nightclub. The building has been heavily altered, inside and out, but the interior floor still slopes downward somewhat, revealing the former use.

Open till ~1955? Can anyone verify the exact date?
Was owned in 1945 by Pennsylvania Enterprises, Inc.
