Door to the downstairs Ladies Rest Room, showing the illuminated etched glass sign–photo: early 1990s. This etched panel was a replica I made from a rubbing of the existing sign panel, which had long had a crack in it. Eventually this replacement panel too, got cracked by a janitor who was not looking where he was going while carrying a ladder. Once again, a replica sign was carved. Since then, the theatre passed out of commercial chain hands, and the sign has endured intact.
