Star Theatre

Located in the Padstow district of Sydney. Built by Tom Virgona in 1952 as a twin to his Star Theatre in Panania, Sydney. Seating was provided on a stadium plan, with a raised stepped section at the rear rather than the usual overhanging balcony. The Star Theatre was still open in 1969. It was in use as a video store for many years, but that closed in 2019.

The video library(Civic Video) has closed down(2016 0r 2019?). The building is now a personal training gym(One PTS Gym), and a pizza restaurant(Angelo’s Traditional Pizza and Ribs).
