The TM Oracle 4 was opened on December 18, 1976. It was taken over by AMC in 1984. It was closed in 1991 and demolished by May 1992.

This theatre was simply called the AMC “Oracle 4” (no “view”) & was advertised that way.

Building is currently (2012) a retail sporting goods store (Golfsmith).

Actually, the building was torn down, & replaced with Golfsmith. I looked at a May 1992 air photo that showed the lot vacant, & a June 1996 one that showed it occupied.

I don’t think Mann ever operated this one — they operated the Oracle View nearby.

It was originally known as the TM Oracle View 4 Theatres. At some point, TM Theatres must have been bought out by AMC Theatres.

December 18th, 1976 grand opening ad in the photo section. It was opened by TM Theatres and taken over by AMC in 1984 and closed in 1991. This should not be confused with the Oracle View at 4690 N. Oracle Road.
