A second run theatre, the Cactus Theatre was a Showplace Theatre and was also listed as the Cactus Showplace. It was in a shopping center on the NW corner of 35th Avenue and Cactus Road. It was open in the 1970’s and closed in the very early-1980’s. It is still standing and is a retail store.
