An aerial view of the New Coliseum in October 1927. The entrance appears to be still under the right hand bay window, as in the other old photo.

The aerial view shows the size of the building behind the rows of shops etc. There’s clearly no fly-tower, as one would have expected on a theatre. So either there was never one or the 1919 remodelling was quite radical.
