Located on Route 119 South, south of Smithfield, PA. The Moonlite Drive-In was open prior to 1955, when it was operated by Steve Danko with Co-operative Theatre Services.

Approx. location for this drive-in was on Big 6 Rd. just south of the intersection of Morgantown Rd & York Run Rd. Now an empty field.

Opened as York Run Open Air Theater on July 7, 1948 with the western film “Black Gold”, starring Anthony Quinn. Renamed Moonlite by 1950.
