The Lincoln Theatre was located in the same block as the Carver Theatre, and both operated as African-American theatres. The Lincoln Theatre was operating by 1920. In 1930, it was taken over by Abe Lichtman and renamed Olympic Theatre. The Olympic Theatre was still open in 1943.
