Located in Elkville to the northeast of Charleston, WV. The Elkview Drive-In was opened prior to 1955. It was operated by Ray Phelan of Elk Valley Theatres, Clendenin, WV.

According to the newspaper ad the Elkview Drive-In opened on March 31, 1951
