Located in the town of Pinar del Rio to the west of Havana. The Teatro Milanes is the oldest movie theatre in the city. It was named after the 19th Century poet Jose Jacinto Milanes y Fuentes. The entrance has a colonnaded portico which extends across the front of the building. Inside the auditoriu, there are three balconies, which extend along the side-walls to the proscenium. The fronts of the balconies have decorative metal grillwork.
