The 3-screen ShowRoom opened on November 23, 2012. It was a replacement to the successful single screen ShowRoom, located across the street at 708 Cookman Avenue, which had closed on October 19, 2012.
Total seating capacity is 112, with the auditoriums seating 75, 25 and 12. Like its predecessor, it operates as an art house cinema.
