I used to love going to this theater when I used to live in Daly City between 1981 and 1984. I remember seeing “Superman II” at this theater around 1981. I am pretty sure that I also saw “A Christmas Story” in 1983 here. I think I also saw “The Neverending Story” here back in 1984, but I am not too sure; it has been more than 30 years ago since I I saw a movie at this theater.
I have a correction to make; it was not “Superman II”, it was actually “Superman III” that I saw at Serra Theater. I really miss this little theater. It was the closest theater to my home when I was living in Daly City at that time.
