Google Maps has its pin icon in the wrong place again, about a mile north of the theater’s actual location. It’s probably because the address should read simply Overland Avenue, not N. Overland Avenue.

As Chuck posted, seating was 400 in 1955.

I think the address for the Harris/Orpheum Theatre should be 438 Overland, I couldn’t find a 1200 block of Overland. The address in the heading won’t map but the addres of 438 will. I found seating listed as 400.
