Nearby Theaters
Located on Route 42, the Starlite Drive-In opened in 1976. It was located east of Sanford across from the Coty plant. Car capacity was listed at 300. It was operated by Colonial Booking. By 1983 it had a second screen added and it closed in 1984.

The closest address for this one is 1337 Broadway Rd, Sanford, NC 27332. The drive-in was located to the left of East Lee Middle School where the Sanford Bypass now is. It also looks like this had 2 screens in a 1983 aerial photo. The remains of the drive-in sat there until around 1999-2000ish when it was cleared for the freeway.
