Spencer Theatre

The Spencer Theatre opened in December of 1937. The feature attraction was “Topper” with Cary Grant and Constance Bennett. The Spencer Theatre closed around 1953.

This theater has not been demolished. The building is still standing. I visited it just this past weekend, and was able to see the large velvety curtains still hanging. Also, I visited the projection room.

Please remove the information that this theater has been demolished. Also, the name I have found for this theater is the Lyric Theater.
