Looks like it opened in 1950. Boxoffice, May 5, 1951: “HARDIN, MONT. – The Sky-Vu Drive-In here, owned by Conrad Seader and managed by D. J. McGillan, has opened for its second season.”
The address listed is incorrect. The Drive-in was located the next block over and 1 block north.
Now 9th Street Square.
The address for this Drive-in is 900 N Crawford Ave, Hardin, MT 59034.
According to 1980 Topographical Map, the Drive-In was located just on the north side of the town. The area has been completely redeveloped with the screen being located at what is now 818 N Cody Ave (Google). https://goo.gl/maps/LqsYy
