Located on the corners of Main Street and Buffalo Street in downtown Warsaw, the Lake Theatre opened in late-1948 and closed in 2004. It has since been acquired by the orthopedics company, Zimmer, Inc., which is gutting the building to convert it into a hotel for guests of the company.
