The Webb’s Family Theatre was open in 1995. It was later renamed to Scooter’s Theatre. The theatre seated 200 and was closed on August 8, 1999. The theatre was owned by Scott Webb who attempted several times to present family entertainment at reduced prices. The last time he reopened the theatre the community promised to support the theatre but it didn’t happen. It is now used for special events.

Scooter’s Theatre is now the Valley Event Center.
