The Park was located just past the railroad overpass entering the city. The auditorium was demolished for the construction of apartments. The lobby still stands and houses a dance studio.

The Park Theatre seated 1200 people.

A Moller theater organ opus 5336 size 2/4 was installed in the Park Theater in 1928.
