The Curzon Cinema was opened on 9th January 2015. It is a conversion of the Grade II Listed former Sheffield Banking Company building. It is the 15th cinema to open in the Curzon Cinemas chain of art house cinemas. The opening films were “Foxcatcher”, “Theory of Everything” and “Birdman”. Seating capacities in the three screens range from 66 down to 30. The cinema also has a licenced bar and a roof terrace.
