Located in Streethouse, West Yorkshire, a mining village midway between Pontefract and Wakefield. The cinema was opened in 1921 and closed in the mid-1950’s. It is listed in the 1931 & 1942 Kinematograph Year Books with a Cinephone sound system and in the 1947 & 1950 KYBs with a Western Electric(WE) sound system. The building is now used as a fireplace showroom (with a false front added).
