The Mt. Royal Theatre was a neighborhood movie house of the silent era. It opened on September 7, 1915. In 1916 it was being managed by a Mr. A. B. Price.
After closing as a theatre the building housed an auto repair shop. The entire block has been redeveloped and no trace remains of the theatre.
