That part of Odin Road(northern section) was renamed Odin Drive, when it was cut in two by the building of the Mitchell Freeway(which ran behind the screen).

I think the screen was where there is now a park at the ends of St Anne Place and the western end of Martelli Place?

The Odin Drive-in was built for Northland Developoments. Taken over by City Theatres in 1979. A hardtop cinema was planned to be built on the site in 1985, but it was never built. Taken over by Line Drive-in’s in the 1980’s. Bought out by Hoyts in 1988 and closed by them and sold for 1.34 million dollars(Australian) to raise money for more multiplexs.
