Liberty Theatre

The Libery Theatre was built shortly after the end of World War I and operated until it was damaged by fire in the late-1950’s. It occasionally screened films from Finland for the town’s many immigrants from that country.

Here is a reminiscence from a member of the family that owned the theater in the 1940s and ‘50s.
