Fraser Theatre

The Fraser Theatre replaced an adjacent Fraser Theatre that had been destroyed by fire in 1931 (it has its own page on Cinema Treasures). The new Fraser Theatre opened in 1932. The Fraser Theatre continued operation at least into the 1950’s. The building is now used as an arts and crafts center.

This Fraser was a replacement of an earlier Fraser, destroyed in the 1931 fire which left this entire block in ruins.
