Located on the south side of Bayley Street between Ford Street and Renou Street. The Cremorne Hotel opened in 1898. The Cremorne Theatre and Gardens opened behind the Cremorne Hotel in 1899. It closed in(1928?) not long before the Cremorne Hotel closed as people left the town when the gold ran out in the town. The Cremorne Theatre and Gardens burnt down not long after the closure of the theatre and gardens. The theatre and gardens were possibly never rebuilt?

The Cremorne Hotel was a private residence in the 1990’s, and was restored in 2006, and is now an arts centre for the community of the Goldfields. The Cremorne Hotel has been Heritage listed(date unknown?), it is only one of three hotels left in Coolgardie out of 23 hotels. The other two hotels are Marble Bar Hotel(now the local RSL - Returned Services League - Club), and the Denver City Hotel(the only one still operating as a hotel). The Cremorne Hotel may a Heritage marker there(I think there may a Heritage marker trail map at the Coolgardie Public library and Coolgardie Tourist Centre?). Unknown if there is remains of the Cremorne Theatre and Gardens behind the Cremorne Hotel(arts centre) building?
