Cinema Centre

Located on the south side of Talbot Street near the southwest corner of Roberts Street. The Cinema Centre was opened in(about 1983?) after the Norseman Drive-In closed by Pat Hogan, who was the last operator of the Norseman Drive-In. He bought a deceased estate, and decided to use the billiard hall behind the shop(name unknown?) on the corner of Talbot Street and Roberts Street as a cinema. He installed a bio-box in the building and installed screen, projectors, and seats from other disused cinemas(not named). The Cinema Centre was screening once a month in 1997. The Cinema Centre building is still there in use as a pest control centre.
