Wundowie (open air) Gardens screened movies from the 1940’s to the 1960’s, and again in 1970 and 1971. Movies from the bio box inside the Town Hall, showing movies through a hole in the wall. Unknown when the Town Hall and Gardens opened? The original old wood Town Hall was replaced with a new red brick Town Hall in 1977. Unknown if movies were screened in the new Town Hall? Unknown if the Gardens are still there? The Town Hall is now called Wundowie Community Centre(?)

The Wundowue Community Centre is on Boronia Avenue(southern side, opposite the southern end of Zamia Terrace.
