Scotsland Theatres

This theatre opened in 1974 in an industrial park. It claimed to have had the first Dolby sound system in Wisconsin. Patrons were seated in comfortable rocking seats. The owners also ran the Pix Theatre in Waukesha. Unable to get financing to expand the number of screens, competition from nearby multiplexes caused the theatre to be closed in March 1996. Last film to be shown was “Broken Arrow”.
