Located in the northwest Melbourne district of Greensborough. The Victory Theatre was opened around 1946 and had 209 seats. It was operated by L.A. Riley. In the mid-1960’s it was re-named Ashril Theatre, which closed in 1971. It was re-opened in late-1978 as the Village Twin which closed in 1989. On 7th December 1995 it re-opened as Hoyts Greensborough. Part of Greensborough Plaza Shopping Centre.

Opened on 7/12/1995
Opened in(1946 or 1947?) as Victory. Name changed to Ashril in(1964 or 1965?) and closed in 1971. Reopened in October or November 1978 as Village Twin(in a merger of Village Cinemas and Denny Cinemas on 4/5/1978), and closed in 1989.
