The Orpheum was opene din the early-1930’s. It was operated by Publix, Minnesota Amusement Co. and finally by MICO.
The Orpheum would have had to been demolished after 1985, this is a 1985 photo of the Orpheum Theatre.

The orpheum was demolished, probably in the 1970s. Some ill-guided effort to build a parking ramp in that block also failed — the ramp was unstable and poorly built, and also had to be demolished.
