This is amazing! Was the original a slide?
Excellent photo. Since the dancers are wearing ice skates, this was taken during the period when the Roxy was doing ice shows plus a movie in the early ‘50s. The red stripes are actually colored lights (neon or fluorescent tubes??) under the ice that could change colors, etc.
Fantastic. I am always seeking photos – or vids – of the good days and end days of vaudeville – movie combination houses!
