”Billy Rose’s Diamond Horseshoe” opened at the Roxy on May 2nd, 1945. At the time, the nightclub was one of the most famous in the nation. Located in the basement of the Paramount Hotel on West 46th Street, the new owners of the hotel had plans to reopen the night club, but I’m not sure if it actually happened.
