Located in the north of the city centre. The Main Street Picture Palace was opened on this site in 1912. It was demolished and rebuilt, opening as the Regent Picture House in 1922.
It was closed in 1962. It became a bingo club which closed on 13th October 1991. The building was demolished in 1995 and flats were built on the site.
