Located in Saint-Quentin in the Province of Picardy, northeast France. The Carillon Cinema was opened in 1920. It was extensively rebuilt in 1931 to the plans of architect Adolphe Grisel with 1,800 seats. The original 1920 facade was retained and is still in situ today.

In later years it was converted into a six-screen cinema which has since closed and by 2017 the building had been converted into two shops.
