Newspaper ad from Aug. 15, 1945 Chicago Herald-American showing what was playing at the Blackstone Theatre. “Good Night Ladies” was a popular play of that time. Actor Buddy Ebsen starred in it for most of its 100 weeks run. Oddly enough “Good Night Ladies” never became a movie despite its popularity.
