Located in the city centre to the northwest of the Garnier Opera House. The 700-seat Pepiniere Cinema was opened in 1923, located on the ground floor of a decorative building designed by architect L. Girod. By 1934 it was operating with 650-seats and the seating capacity was further reduced to 480-seats in 1948, and 380-seats in 1962. It had been renamed 7ieme art in 1967, but had closed by 1975. It is now a Post Office.
