Located in the northeast of the city centre. The Eden Lyrique was opened on 18th May 1907 in a conversion of a cafe-concert hall. It was soon renamed Cinema Lyrique. By 1946 it had been re-named Avron Palace. It was still open in 1975, but had closed by 1985.

It has been demolished and in 2018 the Timhotel operates on the site.
