The original owner of the Moonglo Drive-In was T. B. Phillips. He also had the Texan indoor theatre in town. In 1964, Roy Ragsdale purchased the drive-in, merging ownership with the Texan indoor theatre. The drive-in closed in the early-1970’s. In 1975 the drive-in structures were torn down. An event center is on the property now.
