On the 1909 Sanborn, this theater is operating in one half of a two-story brick commercial block that was built no later than 1895. The partition wall was only on the first floor, but it seems the theater was not upstairs. By 1917, the occupant was an insurance office and stock feed. The building has been thoroughly mangled, and the top story is gone, while the bottom is a mess of sheet metal and a bleak little storefront.

On the maps, Washington St is 1st St N. It was apparently renamed sometime later.
