Free-standing structure in a residential neighborhood. Named after national hero, Jose Rizal. Like most other single-screen theaters here, has a staircase to the lobby and theater, which is on the second floor. This is due to the propensity for flooding during the rainy season.

Seems to be still in use as a church. Door was wide open and unguarded, but I didn’t go in.
