Opened at the beginning of the 1900’s on the second floor of a building located at 116 S. Maxwell Avenue, also home of Faulkner Dry Goods and Tulia Drug Co. Destroyed by a fire in 1916. It had 480 seats and was managed by H.S.Ford.
