Located in the Altona district to the west of the city. In 1929 the Gasthaus Gesellschaftshaus Toscana Saale was converted into the Toscana Lichtspiele by architect named Aschooch. The building was damaged in World War II, but was repaired and renamed Metropol Theater when it re-opened in 1949. The Metropol Theater was closed in 1967 and has been demolished.
