This is the artist’s rendering of the Gemini remodeled by UA after the Columbia which re-opened July 21, 1978. The Columbia opened October 1971 and The Last Picture Show played there 30 weeks. The UA Gemini opened with The Buddy Holly Story on both screens. UA changed the name of the theatre in later years in another refurbishing.
