The 1913 Sanborn shows ‘Moving Pictures’ in a narrow one-story brick building just west of the alley. On the 1907 map, the lot is home to an old wooden store, so this may have been purpose-built, although the narrow brick box plan is common for commercial buildings of that era. There is a small wooden awning over the sidewalk.

By 1923, it is still in operation. The awning is either gone or not noted, but the surveyor does show a balcony.

The building is currently used as retail space.
