The New Apollo Theatre was a silent-era theatre in downtown Ventura. It launched October 19, 1923 with Holbrook Blinn in “The Bad Man”. The theatre closed as the Apollo Theatre five years later on October 10, 1928. It was converted to a retail clothing store by year’s end.
