Located at 60 Westerville Square, near E. Schrock Road between Route 3 and the western side of Schrock Road, The Loew’s Westerville opened as a single-screener around 1967 (or a bit later) after the Arlington Theatre opened around the first week of winter 1966 (known for the week of December 21, 1966).

Along with the Southland Theatre, the Loew’s Westerville was twinned in 1980.

I totally cannot find when the Loew’s Westerville ended up closing its doors sometime in the late-1990’s/early-2000’s I think, but the building was left abandoned in 2007 until it was demolished in 2012.

Now A Big Lots has been built on its site, since Big Lots is big for the Columbus Metropolitan Area.

Previously the Loews itself in Westerville has a bit of information of the location back then, which has a blue roof with big red Loews letters across the building and posters on windows.

For the record, Loews Southland was built as a tri-plex.
